Returns & Exchanges
- Return Window: You may return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized, personalized, or final sale items cannot be returned.
- Return Shipping Fee: A ₹250 per item return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the product is defective.
How to Return
- Contact Us: Email our support team at neena@tamrabags.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: We will provide a return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the Item: Send the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- A ₹250 per item return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the product is defective.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different item or size, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will replace it at no cost.
